Helping you feel alive

&

like yourself

I love helping people restore vitality in their bodies and their lives.

With acupuncture and Chinese medicine, I help your body to find ease so you feel connected and engaged in your life again.

I help my patient’s bodies come into balance with acupuncture, Chinese herbs, lifestyle and nutritional coaching. We collaborate together to create long-term change. I am committed to supporting my patients in finding the right path for their treatment, integrating Western medicine and the classical Eastern approaches I have been studying for more than twenty years.

Acupuncture and integrative health can help heal your aches and pains, improve your digestion and sleep, quell anxiety and depression, balance reproductive and hormone function, eliminate headaches, ease allergies, and enhance your energy and zest—among many other issues. I treat everyone, every gender, sexual orientation, race, religion and nationality is welcome.

I am so looking forward to meeting you!

Our Bodies Are Wise…

…I’m Here to Listen With You

About Me

Humans fascinate me! I am passionate about helping you to get curious about your body and your life— this is what my first acupuncture teacher taught me. Through curiosity, loving observation and exploration, healing happens.

I started acupuncture treatment when a friend referred me to a wonderful practitioner. She said, “I don’t know what she’s doing but you have to try it!” At the time I was struggling with grief, a major life transition, disordered eating and substances. Had I gone to a doctor I probably would have been diagnosed with any number of things- but I found my acupuncturist. She helped me to find harmony in my body, to listen to it, and to trust it. I started sleeping better, I stopped drinking, my appetite and mood stabilized, allergies and menstrual symptoms cleared. It seemed like magic and I wanted to share it with others.

I earned my Masters of Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine from the Maryland University of Integrative Health, and continued study of advanced acupuncture and gynecology with Evan Rabinowitz, a senior student of Jeffrey Yuen. I am currently diving deep into the integration of Western trauma theory and Chinese medicine with Alaine Duncan. I have completed 500 hours of training in the Sivananda lineage of hatha yoga as well as VajraYoga training with Michele Loew and Robert Thurman. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and English with a French minor from Goucher College. I am a Buddhist, camper, hiker, art lover, and resident of East Baltimore with my husband, dog and two cats.
